Bath Plus Kitchen Design Remodel was started by Eric Shipe in January of 2014. After years working for other remodeling companies, Shipe strove to create a full service design-remodel firm that delivered quality craftsmanship and timeless designs with a focus on project management and attention to detail.
We typically take on approximately 35 projects per year. Through a curated process, we are able to ensure each project is a good match for both the homeowner and for the company. Maintaining a small yet talented team, we specialize in full bathroom and kitchen remodels. Our goal is to design a space you will be happy in for years to come.
We believe design and quality materials are the most important components in a bath or kitchen remodel. Most of our clients rely heavily on us to guide them in selecting materials and assembling plans. Our in-house designer Marissa Jambor, works with clients to select all elements from grout color to wall color. The result is a cohesive, timeless environment, well suited for our clients’ needs.
Our focus on design, process, team, and most of all serving clients has proven to be a successful formula. Northern Virginia Magazine has rated us among the best home improvement contractors for 2017. Also in 2017 we’ve received a Best of Houzz award for remodeling and design. In 2015 and 2016 we were honored to receive the Angie’s List Super Service Award. The award is reserved for the top 5 percent of kitchen and bath remodeling companies in the Washington, DC Metro area. As a company we’ve made it into the Remodeling 550 list for 2015 and 2016. The list by remodeling magazine ranks the top 550 remodeling companies by volume nationwide.
